The daily routine
The daily structure never changes; only the focus rotates. 20 minutes: 5 minutes MIRROR (mouth positions), 10 minutes SHADOWING (speak along half a second behind any native audio — news clips, YouGlish sentences), 5 minutes RECORD & COMPARE (read the day's drill into your phone, play it against the native audio).

Mirror work; the killer phrases; hidden-z sentence reading
Ch 4 - Days11–12T, D & R (Ch 5)
Ridge drills; Set C read-alouds; un-roll every r for one full day of calls
Ch 5 - Days13–14Silent letters & suffixes (Ch 6)
One silent family per session; -tion/-ture/-sure word runs
Ch 6 - Days15–17-ed and -s endings (Ch 7)
Sort 20 past-tense verbs aloud daily; plural buzz drill (डेज़, कीज़)
Ch 7 - Days18–20Word stress (Ch 8)
Mark stress in 10 new words/day; the misplacement list; teen/ty punches
Ch 8 - Days21–23Rhythm (Ch 9)
Clap-compression drill; underline beats in one paragraph and read it
Ch 9 - Days24–25Intonation (Ch 10)
Arrow-mark a dialogue; read your rate list with falling tunes
Ch 10 - Days26–27Connected speech (Ch 11)
Weld drills; decode one minute of fast native audio word-for-word

After Day 30: keep the 5-minute shadowing habit daily, revise one Ch 12 table weekly, and re-record the scorecard passage monthly — improvement you can literally hear.
